PauPau @ The Sire, King Street

"The Sire" (House of Yap Chor Yee) is the first Museum & Restaurant in Penang. The building has been restored and refurbished to a very charming and classic restaurant which served from "the best of old & new world cuisine". I adored lots of their interior design, high ceiling in white, stained glass and those framed artwork. Besides, you may also exploring the interesting museum at upstairs. According to the staff, this was the first house Yap Chor Yee stayed in. All those antique displayed was belongs to Yap Chor Yee and his family members.

Strawberry Smooties

Complimentary Garlic Bread
The garlic bread was so tasty although it's free. The cheese was almost covered all over the bread and the garlic bread was very crispy.

Prawn Salad

Seafood Spaghetti with Carbonara
The portion size was quite big. The seafood such as mussels, squid, prawn and salmon was very fresh.

Sirloin Steak
Again the portion size was quite big. The steak was very tender and juicy for medium done. Of course, the steak goes well with the sauce too.

Lamb Shank
The lamb shank presentation was quite impressed. The food portion size was normal, but it is very delicious.

Sizzling Tenderloin
The food portion size was big enough and the meat was very tender and juicy.
