PauPau Sour Salad

Tired of using thousand island or mayonnaise as salad dressing? Have a change and try out "PauPau Sour Salad.  


Ingredients:
Cabbage
Purple cabbage
Carrot
Japanese cucumber

Ingredients (For deco)
Cherry tomato
Olives
Yellow capsicum
Lettuce
Lemon

Ingredients: (Dressing)
5 ~ 7 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (depends on the portion)
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon yellow mustard sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice (you may add extra 1 ~ 2 tablespoon, if you prefer more sourish.)

Directions:
Shredded the cabbage, purple cabbage and carrot. Slice thinly for the japanese cucumber.
Add in apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, yellow mustard sauce and lemon juice into a bowl and mixed evenly.
Pour the dressing all over the shredded vegetables and mixed well.
Chill it for 2 hours.
Then, served it with olive, capsicum, celery or others vegetables you like.
