2 skinless chicken drumstick (Seasoned with dark soy sauce, soy sauce, pinch of pepper and 1 teaspoon honey)
Sliced shitake mushroom (Optional: Dried mushroom. If you are using dried mushroom, then it need to soak longer in the water, until softened.)
1 garlic chopped
Soy sauce (to taste)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Wash once the shitake mushroom. Then, soak in the water for 10 ~ 15mins. Cut the stem off the mushroom and sliced it.
Place the seasoned chicken in the middle of the plate. (Usually I will seasoned the chicken ahead and refrigerate it for future used. Some more the longer you seasoned, it will taste better.)
Place carrot, mushroom, ginger and garlic in the plate. Add some soy sauce (to taste) and 1 tablespoon of the mushroom soaking water.
Steam the chicken over the boiling water for about 20mins. Served it with rice.
