PauPau Steam Tofu with Minced Meat

Besides simple steam tofu previously, again today I am going to share with you "PauPau Steam Tofu with Minced Meat". This is another simple recipe suitable for lunch or dinner. Just add on the minced pork wrap with enoki mushroom on top of the tofu and steam it.

1 block tofu
Crabmeat stick
Soy sauce

Ingredients: (Minced Meat wrap with Enoki Mushroom)
Minced pork
Shitake mushroom (cut into small cube)
Soy sauce (as per taste)
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Corn flour
1 small egg 

Mix evenly all of the ingredients for minced meat in a bowl. 
Use a tablespoon to scoop the minced meat and wrap with the enoki mushroom.
Cut the tofu into 3 pieces and place tofu on the plate.
Put the minced meat wrap with enoki mushroom on top of the tofu.
Add on the crabmeat stick and corn.
Steam for about 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked.
Remove the excess water on the plate. (if necessary. But, I did not remove the excess soup this time, as the soup was taste good due to the minced meat.)
Dizzle with soy sauce and serve hot.
