PauPau Stir Fry Beef with Herbs

When marinated beef, I always like to use herbs and spices that can bring out it complexity of flavor. Always use salt and pepper as the base for most seasoning and marinate beef. Just use pinch of sea salt to bring out the beef natural's flavor. For herbs, you may use fresh or dried herbs to marinated the beef. I am using rosemary, thyme and oregano to marinated the beef for this recipe.

250gm beef
Garlic chopped
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Sea salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon chicken broth / water

Ingredients: (for marinated beef)
2 teaspoon rosemary powder
2 teaspoon oregano powder
2 teaspoon ginger powder
2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Pinch of sea salt

Cut the beef into pieces or cubes. (any form you like)
Mix evenly all the herbs, gingers powder, sea salt and soy sauce and marinate the beef for at least 30mins.
Heat the oil in a sauce pan or wok. 
Add chopped garlic and stir fry until brown.
Add marinated beef and stir fry for about 30seconds.
Add chicken broth / water and lemon juice, stir fry until the beef is tender.
Add salt and stir well. (to taste)
Served hot with steamed rice.
