PauPau Tortilla with Bacon

Recently, I have read a nutrition information about tortilla. Plain tortillas are a low fat food which contains Vitamin B and B1. Traditionally, tortillas are used to prepare burritos, tacos and many more.
Today I'm going to share with you a very simple yet classy menu. You may served it as breakfast, lunch or dinner.

1 Plain tortilla
2 Bacon
Soy sauce
Red and green coral
Thousand island

Ingredients: (For Scramble Egg)
2 eggs
Cream cheese
Himalaya salt
2 tablespoon milk / soy milk (depend on how moist you wish for the scramble. You may add 4 tablespoon for extra creamy)
Pinch of pepper powder
1 tablespoon parsley

Add some butter in the saucepan and heat up. Grill both side of the tortilla in the pan until crispy and set aside at a fine plate.
Grill both side of bacon. Then add cheese on the bacon and grill until the cheese melted. Place the cheese bacon on top of the tortilla.
Add some butter in the saucepan and heat up. Add in mushroom, soy sauce (as per taste) and pinch of pepper powder. Stir fry it. Place the cooked mushroom on top of the tortilla too.

Directions: (For Scramble Egg)
Add eggs, cream cheese, Himalaya salt and milk into a bowl and whisk it.
Add some butter in the saucepan and heat up. Pour in the eggs mixture and set the fire level to low. Do not stir directly. Wait for 30seconds, then using a spatula or flat wooden spoon pushing egg towards center.
Continue scrambling and flip over the egg.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Allow the egg to cook for 20seconds and place the egg at the plate.
