PauPau Vegetables Salad with Almond

Sometimes we do need vegetables to balancing our health. It is good to start your day with various of vegetables. Today, I'm going to prepare "PauPau Vegetables Salad with Almond".


Ingredients:
Red and green coral
1 Tomato 
Cherry tomato
Shredded carrot
Japanese cucumber
Almond (finely chopped)

Ingredients: (Dressing)
Thousand island
Salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions: 
Mix evenly all the vegetables in a bowl.
Add in lemon juice and mix it well.
Then, place the vegetables mixture on a bowl or container.
Sprinkling some almond on top of it
Add thousand island and salad dressing.
You may served it after chilled.
