PauPau Winter Melon Soup with Dried Shrimp

This is a very simple recipe for soup. Mostly, we are using chicken bones or spare ribs as the soup base. Yet, this time I am going to cook winter melon soup with dried shrimp.

Ingredients:
600gm winter melon
60gm dried shrimp
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Peel the winter melon skins and cut it into small cube.
Wash the dried shrimp and soak into water for about 20 mins.
Put the melon cubes and dried shrimp into the boiling water.
Continue cook in a lower heat until the melon is softened.
