Pau Pau Grilled Lamb with Herbs

Grilled lamb is always perfect match with herbs and spices, as it can bring out the richest aroma of the lamb. Marinated the lamb is also very vital as the longer the lamb marinated the tastier the lamb. Actually, this is very convenience too. As you may frozen the marinated lamb into few containers, and take it out whenever you wish to grill or oven it.


Ingredients: (for marinated lamb)
Lamb (loin or ribs)
1 teaspoon rosemary powder
1 teaspoon oregano powder
1 teaspoon basil powder
1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon yellow mustard 
Himalaya salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
1 ~ 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon rosemary (dried)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Chicken broth or water
1 tablespoon butter
50gm minced onions
50gm minced garlic
Himalaya salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Directions:
Mix well all the ingredients for marinated lamb in a bowl. 
Rub thoroughly both sides of lamb chop with the marinate mixture.
Cover and marinated at least 1hour or longer.
Heat olive oil over high heat. Add onion and garlic, and stir fry until brown.
Pour the chicken broth or water, lemon juice and dried rosemary.
Stir it for 2minutes and add in butter. 
Place in the marinated lamb chop and grill for 3 minutes per side for medium rare. (also need to depends on the lamb size)
Served it while hot.
