PauPau Figs with White Fungus and Wolfberry Dessert (Tong Sui)

Figs is a soft sweet fruit and full of small seeds inside. Figs itself not only help digestions, but also lower blood pressure, help to ease irritated throat, reduce phlegm and many more benefits. Today I am going to cook "Figs with White Fungus and Wolfberry Dessert (Tong Sui)".


Ingredients:
1 pack figs
1 pack white fungus
6 red dates
Wolfberries

Directions:
Rinse white fungus, figs and red date in a bowl. Soak white fungus until softened. 
Put in white fungus, figs and red date into boiling water pot and covered it.
Cook over medium heat for 30mins. Then, continue to cook in lower heat for about 30mins or until the ingredients are softened.    
Add rock sugar to taste and cook until the rock sugar dissolves. 
Close the fire, then only add in wolfberry and stir it well.
Served it while hot.
