1 pack wholemeal tortilla
3 carrots (thinly sliced)
3 stalks celery (thinly sliced)
1/2 lettuce (thinly sliced)
250gm white button mushroom (thinly mushroom)
Himalaya Salt (to taste)
Melted butter in the pan at medium heat.
Add mushroom and stir fry until tender.
Add salt (to taste) into the cooked mushroom and stir it well.
Grill the bacon and ham. Add cheese on top of it if you like.
Grill the tortilla with butter on both side until crispy.
Place the tortilla on a plate and top up with bacon and mushroom.
Add tomato and carrot.
Add celery and lettuce.
Lastly, add thousand island. (or others dressing you like: mustard, mayonnaise and many more)
Wrap it and served hot.
