Cabbage (finely chopped)
Carrot (finely chopped)
Shitake mushroom (finely chopped)
9 sliced shitake mushroom (as deco)
1 small egg
2 tablespoon soy sauce (as per taste)
2 tablespoon sesame oil
Mix well minced pork, cabbage, carrot and mushroom with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Beaten the egg and pour into the center of the meat mixture. Stir the egg and meat mixture clockwise until mixed well.
Spoon the meat mixture into the plate and flatten the base with your spoon.
Arrange the sliced Shitake mushroom on top of the meat mixture.
Steam for about 20mins or until the meat is cooked.
Served hot with rice.
