300gm Durian (removed the seed)
250gm full cream milk
Remove the seed and keep the Durian in the fridge for at least 2hours. Fridge the Durian longer will enhance the flavor.
Add the Durian in a big bowl.
Adding the milk in the center slowly and whisk the mixture in the clockwise motion.
Continue to whisk until the mixture become blended.
Cover the bowl and place in the freezer until the mixture become half frozen.
Take out the mixture and continue whisk the mixture in the clockwise motion for 5minutes.
Repeatedly the both steps above for at least four times, in order to ensure the smoothness of the Durian mixture.
Once done, pour the Durian mixture into cup or container and keep in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
