How could I resisted my favorite sashimi! So, for sure I will have sashimi for the first round. The salmon sashimi are quite fresh and delicious. Well, I'm just feel like in "Heaven of Sashimi" as the staff keep stock in for the raw fish.

The radish (yellow color) and the red pickles are very nice (taste like "Jeruk").
For the vegetables, the cucumber with seaweed is quite sourish and refreshing, while the lotus root slice are crunchy and flavorful.

The Grilled Salmon Head are quite nice and it is definitely goes well with its special sauce.
The Grilled Honey Chicken are very tender and aromatic.
The Stew Beef Balls are quite soft and flavorful.
The Fried Noodles and Fried Rice are taste normal and nothing special.

The Cawanmushi are another ordinary steamed dish and its taste normal too.

The Grilled Scallop (averaged size) are cooked with teriyaki sauce and it is quite delicious.

The Teppanyaki Beef is served with stir fry beansprout, carrot and beef gravy. The beef are goes well with the beef gravy, just that the meat are slightly hard. Perhaps I should request the staff to grill it for medium-rare.

This is the Salad that I gathered from the salad corner. The Potato Salad are quite nice and crunchy.

The Beef Sukiyaki are quite nice as I can control the tenderness of the beef sliced. If you like tender beef, then just dipped the beef sliced up and down for three times (while the sukiyaki pot is under high heat). Don't missed out the soup, as it is so flavorful due to it has been continuously simmered since the buffet started.

Their Green Tea Ice Cream are always my favorite desserts there. The green tea ice cream are quite smooth and creamy.
