PauPau Grilled Lamb with Herbs

Grilled Lamb is a great meal to served on any special occasion and it is so simple and easy to grill lamb. Today I am going to share with you "PauPau Grilled Lamb with Herbs", hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I do!


Ingredients: (to marinate the lamb shoulder)
Lamb shoulder
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
1 teaspoon mint leaves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
Marinated the lamb shoulder with the herbs and spices for at least 30 minutes. (You can fridge it overnight for even better taste.)

Preheat the grill pan and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add the marinated lamb shoulder in the pan.
Add 1/3 cup of red wine (optional) and grill the lamb shoulder for about 3minutes for each side. If you wish for well done cook, then you need to grill it for at least 5minutes for each side. (the cooking time is also depend on the thickness of the lamb)

Place the lamb shoulder in a plate.
As for the side dishes, there are baked tomato with butter and almond, covered by enoki mushroom, garden salad with cranberry and creamy mushroom soup.
