Ingredients: (for stir fry the minced meat)
500gm minced meat
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon mint leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
Leftover beef soup / beef stew
All purpose flour
Mixed green pea, corn and carrot diced
200gm mashed potato (can used powder type or potato)
Heat up the pan and add olive oil.
Add the minced meat and all the spices and herbs in the pan. Stir fry it and mix well.
Pour in the leftover beef soup (if not, can replaced by beef stock.)
Add mixed green pea, corn and carrot diced. (optional)
Simmer for at least 20minutes or until the meat is cooked and fragrant.
Add 1 tablespoon flour and stir well until dissolve.
Add some flour again if you wish the meat gravy more thicken.
Prepare the mashed potato.
Pour the meat gravy into the casserole and add cheese sliced.
Add mashed potato on the top and flatten the mashed potato with dining knife.
Then, use a fork to design the mashed potato.
Oven it for about 30minutes or until bubbling and brown.
Served with purple cabbage and salad dressing. (or served with boiled green pea)
