50g dried cranberry
250gm strawberry yogurt (or natural yogurt)
4 tablespoon Roselle or cranberry liquid (or white sugar syrup, to taste)
Put the cut strawberries into bowl of food processor. Add some water (optional) and blend it well.
Pour the strawberry puree into a big bowl.
Add in strawberry yogurt, dried cranberry and Roselle Syrup.
Stir it well (clock-wise) until the mixture is blend.
Pour the mixture into small cup and freeze it.
