250gm minced meat
4 potatoes (bring to boiled, then peeled and cube it)
250gm grey oyster mushroom
1 can cheese carbonara / white cream sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
Full cream milk (or thick cream)
Preheat the pan and add olive oil.
Add minced meat and stir well.
Add parsley and stir fry until the meat is cooked.
Add mushroom and cook until tender.
Add carbonara cheese and half can water and bring to boiled.
Add milk and stir it well in lower heat, until it become creamy.
Add half bowl of steam rice and mix with the cream sauce.
Fully cover the top with sliced cheese.
Baked for about 3 ~ 5 minutes or until the cheese is become brown and melted.
