PauPau Cheese Fondue

Fondue is a Swiss dish of melted cheese served in a pot over a spirit lamp, and dipping the food with long-stemmed fork into the cheese. Cheese Fondue is very simple to prepare and it is consists of blend of cheese, wine and seasoning.


Ingredients: (Cheese Fondue)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can of cheese and herbs
Full cream milk
1 tablespoon white wine
Parsley
2 sliced cheese

Ingredients:
Carrot
Celery
Chicken sausage
Grilled chicken (cooked)
French fries
Cheddar cheese (cube)
Cheese crackers
Bread (optional)


Directions:
Heat olive oil on the pan. Add one can of cheese and herbs.
Add full cream milk (depend on thickness that you prefer) gradually and stir well.
Add cheese and continue to stir it well.
Add dried parsley and stir well under lower heat until the thickness you prefer.
Close the heat and add 1 tablespoon white wine and stir well.


Pour the blend of cheese into the fondue pot.



Served with carrot, celery, sausage, grilled chicken sliced, french fries, cheese crackers and bread.
