Ingredients: (Cheese Fondue)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can of cheese and herbs
Full cream milk
1 tablespoon white wine
2 sliced cheese
Grilled chicken (cooked)
Cheddar cheese (cube)
Heat olive oil on the pan. Add one can of cheese and herbs.
Add full cream milk (depend on thickness that you prefer) gradually and stir well.
Add cheese and continue to stir it well.
Add dried parsley and stir well under lower heat until the thickness you prefer.
Close the heat and add 1 tablespoon white wine and stir well.
Pour the blend of cheese into the fondue pot.
Served with carrot, celery, sausage, grilled chicken sliced, french fries, cheese crackers and bread.
