Ingredients: (to marinate)
4 boneless chicken drumstick
4 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoon chilly powder
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
Half lemon (Sequence for juice)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions: (to marinate)
Clean the chicken and drain the excess water.
Place chicken in a plate and mix well the chicken with all the ingredients.
Store in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 30minutes. (of course the longer the best)
Add lemon juice into the marinated chicken and mix well.
Cover each chicken with some honey.
Place aluminium foil on the grill pan and add olive oil.
Place chicken properly without lapping on the grill pan.
Oven it for about 25minutes at 180c or until the chicken has turned golden brown.
