PauPau Minced Meat with Fish Sauce

Today I am going to share with you the recipe for "Minced Meat with Fish Sauce". This is a very easy home-cook dish that my mother always cooked for us. Hope that you will enjoy this too!


Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 whole garlic (chopped)
400g ~ 500g minced meat
Fish sauce (to taste)
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon corn flour

Directions:
Heat up the olive oil and fry the garlic until golden brown.
Add minced meat and stir fry it evenly.
Add fish sauce (to taste) and continue to stir fry. You may add some water.
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir well.


Add some flour into the meat and mix well. (so that the minced meat will be more tender and soft)


Garnish with mint leaves and lemon skin. This dish is great to eat with steam rice.
