Ingredients: (to marinate)
Lean meat (sliced thinly)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon pepper powder
Light soy sauce (to taste)
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon honey
Tomato / Cucumber (for decoration)
Marinate the sliced pork for at least 30minutes. (As usual, I will marinated it day before cook.)
Place aluminium foil on the oven tray and spread olive oil evenly on it.
Add honey and dried parsley into the marinated sliced pork and mix well.
Place the sliced pork on the tray without overlapping it.
Oven it at 180C for about 15 ~ 20 minutes or until the sliced pork turned brown.
