PauPau Grilled Zucchini with Cherry Tomato

Recently I have become a zucchini lover due to its low calories and also it helps to lower cholesterol and acts as cancer prevention as well. Today I would like to share with you this simple "Grilled Zucchini with Cherry Tomato" recipe, hope that you will enjoy this recipe too!

Ingredients:
1 zucchini (cut into any size you wish)
2 cheddar cheese sliced
Cherry tomato
Pepper powder
Paprika powder
Carrot (cut into flower shape)
Dried parsley
Black sesame seed
Olive
2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Scoop out the center seed of the zucchini with spoon.
Place the aluminium oil properly on the baking tray.
Spread the olive oil evenly on the baking tray.
Sprinkle pepper powder and paprika powder evenly on top of zucchini.
Add halved cherry tomato on top of zucchini. (you may also add on olive too)
Place the zucchini on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese sliced on top of the cherry tomato and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Bring to bake again until the cheese is bubbling or  golden brown.
Place the baked zucchini nicely in a container, and then decorate with cherry tomato, carrot and olive.
Lastly, sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top of the baked zucchini.

This is definitely perfect as an appetizer or light breakfast.
