PauPau Veggie Bento with Potato Salad I

This is the second times I make Veggie Bento with my lovely container for someone special. Since he is on diet and he also requested for a healthy vegetables bento, so this will be a meatless bento.

Today I am going to share with you "PauPau Veggie Bento" recipe, while the Potato Salad will be available in the next post.


Ingredients:
Pok Choy (Siew Pak Choy)
Broccoli (Cut into small florets)
Yellow Pepper (Cut into slices)
5 olive pickles
Almond nibs
Wolf-berry
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Bring to boil pok choy and broccoli until semi-tender.
Place the pok choy first as base.
Place the broccoli in the middle of the container.
Arrange the yellow pepper around the broccoli.
Place the olive in between of broccoli and yellow pepper.
Sequence some mayonnaise into the hole of the olive.
Put a wolf-berry into the hole of the olive.
Add some almond nibs in between of broccoli and yellow pepper.
Put some yellow pepper cut and wolf-berry in the middle of the broccoli. Sprinkle some black sesame seed on top of it.
