PauPau Bruschetta

Today I am going to make some Bruschetta with baguette and fresh tomato for tea time. Hope that you will enjoy this simple recipe too!


Ingredients: 
2 ~ 3 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
250gm cherry tomato (cut into halved)
250gm yellow tomato (cut into halved)
1 baguette 
2 ~ 3 tablespoon basil leaves (preferable using fresh basil)
2 tablespoon olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Add butter and chopped garlic into a bowl.


Wait the butter melted and then mix it well with garlic.


Place all the halved tomato into a large bowl.


Add in olive oil.


Add in basil leaves.


Pour in two round of balsamic vinegar.



Stir well all the ingredients. Cover up the bowl and place under the fridge.


Cut the baguette into pieces and then spread the garlic butter evenly on the bread.


Grill the garlic butter baguette for about 3 ~ 5 minutes or until the baguette is golden brown.


Place the toast garlic butter baguette in a plate.


Add the chilled tomato with balsamic vinegar on top of the baguette.
