PauPau Grilled Herbs Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar

Recently I had bought a bottle of balsamic vinegar from store and try to make bruschetta. Surprisingly I love the sourish of the balsamic vinegar very much. Thus, this time I am trying to cook "Grilled Herbs Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar". Hope that you will like it too!

Ingredients: (for marinate)
2 boneless chicken tight
2 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoon light soy sauce

2 ~ 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon fruity sauce
Olive oil
1 medium red tomato (cut into small dice)
Cherry tomato (For Deco: Cut into halved)
Olive (For Deco: Sliced thinly)

Marinate the chicken and keep in fridge for at least an hour or longer.
Add dried parsley, balsamic vinegar and fruity sauce into the marinated chicken and mix well.
Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil on the aluminium foil and spread evenly.
Add marinated chicken without overlapping on the aluminium foil.
Grill for about 15 minutes.
Turn over the chicken and add diced tomato. Grill for about 10 minutes.
Spread evenly honey on top of the chicken and grill until golden brown.
Served hot.
