PauPau Grilled Cheesy Potato Wedges

Today I am going to share with you "Grilled Cheesy Potato Wedges". Hope that you will like it too!


Ingredients:
2 medium potato
Sliced cheese
Paprika powder
Pepper powder
Dried parsley
Olive oil
Yellow & Red capsicum (for deco)
Mayonaise & mustard (for dipping)

Directions:
Wash and clean the dirt of potato thoroughly and rinse off.
Cut the potato into wedge shape and pat dry.
Spread olive oil evenly on the aluminium foil.
Place the potato wedges without overlapping on the tray.
Spray some olive oil on the potato wedges.
Sprinkle paprika powder, pepper powder and dried parsley on top of the potato.


Grill the potato for about 10minutes or until golden brown.
Then, flip over the potato and sprinkle paprika powder, pepper powder and dried parsley on top of the potato.
Grill the other side of the potato for about 10minutes or until golden brown.


Add cheese on top of the potato.


Grill it for about 3minutes or until the cheese is bubling or melted.
