PauPau @ Shanghai Ding House of Dumplings, Bay Avenue

Shanghai Ding House of Dumplings has been in Bay Avenue (Queensbay Mall) for almost a decade and lately they have another newly opened branch at Pulau Tikus. Shanghai Ding House of Dumplings is specility in Chinese cuisine and their best recommended food are "Xiao Long Bao", Ramen and other Shanghai cuisine.

Their "Xiao Long Bao" is our favarite steamed dishes, but we did not ordered this as we think of trying out other new dishes.

Mango Cheese (RM 4.80 + 5% Charges)
The Mango Cheese is a deep-fried roll with mango cheese. It is very crispy and not so oily, while the melted mango cheese is very creamy and fragrant.

Pan-Fried Radish Cake (RM 4.80 + 5% Charges)
The Pan-Fried Radish Cake has a soft texture radish cake, but it will be crispier if it is pan-fried until golden brown. And if more dried shrimp is added, then the radish cake will be more flavorful.

Pockey Mouse (RM 4.80 + 5% Charges)
The Pockey Mouse has a very attractive looking and it is a steamed bun with egg yolk custard.

This very colorful orange egg yolk custard are quite creamy and tasty.

Ramen with Minced Meat (RM 5.80 + 5% Charges)
The Ramen with Minced Meat is served with soy bean paste minced meat, shredded ginger and sprinkle with spring onion. The minced meat in thick soy bean paste gravy are quite salty to me, however the ramen are still fine.
