PauPau @ Spring Town Restaurant, Georgetown

Spring Town Restaurant is a newly opened restaurant at Seang Tek Road, Georgetown. They are mainly served for Chinese cuisine and noodles, and they have variety of selections for chicken, prawn, vegetables, fish, meat, bean curd, egg and soups.

Stew Chicken with Basil Leaves (RM 12 Nett)
The Stew Chicken with Basil Leaves is cooked in the clay-pot with chicken slice, onion, garlic, basil leaves and spring onion in a thick gravy. The gravy is quite flavorful, but the taste is more to sourish than spiciness. The food portion size is slightly small.

Sauteed Fish with Ginger & Onion (RM 12)
The Sauteed Fish with Ginger & Onion is a stir fry dory fish fillet with ginger and spring onion. The fish fillet has strong fragrant of spring onion and quite delicious.

The Sauteed Prawn with Salted Egg is a deep fried prawn stir fry with runny salted egg and curry leaves. The prawn is quite fragrant and the melted salted egg very delicious to eat along with the prawn.
