PauPau Ginger Tea

Ginger tea is a delicious and warming beverages, it is very good to have a cup of ginger tea during cold day. Ginger tea also helps in blood circulation and digestive system. Besides, ginger has great contribution in preventing ovarian cancer and it also has anti-inflammatory functions. But, the drawback of having excessive of ginger tea may caused heartburn.


Ingredients:
2 ginger (cut in smaller piece & slightly smash the ginger)
8 ~ 10 red date (remove the seed) 
3 honey date
Brown sugar (to taste)


Add water until full and bring to boil.
Add in ginger, red date and honey date once the water is boiling.
Continue to boil in medium heat for about 25 minutes or until you get a stronger ginger tea taste.
Add brown sugar and stir well.
Served hot.
