Sukhothai Beef Noodles House is located along Burmah Road. opposite of Tan Mark Book Store. This time we plan to try out their set lunch meal which we have been spotted on our previous visit.

Set Lunch B - Green Curry (RM 16.90 + 5% Charges)
The Set Lunch is consists of a choice of main course, appetizer, drink and dessert of the day. The kerabu mango are very nice and appetizing too. The green curry is not the thick type curry but the taste are fine, and there is quite lots of chicken.
(Rate: 3.5/5)

The Set Lunch is also come with a choice of drink from the certain selection and dessert of the day. The The Sweet and Sour Roselle Juice are quite nice, but the cendol are quite tasteless as the coconut milk are too diluted.

Beef Glass Noodle (RM 14.90 + 5% Charges)
The Beef Noodles are served with sliced beef, beef chunk and meatballs, and garnished with parsley and wolf-berries. Remember to add on the raw bean sprouts and vegetables into the beef soup while its hot.

The beef broth are still flavorful as my previous visit and the soup is quite strong in herbs. The beef balls are very springy and the sliced beef are quite tender. Again I have choose beef soup with glass noodles, as I feel beef soup with glass noodle is the perfect match.

PauPau Grilled Spicy Chicken

Today I am going to cook "Grilled Spicy Chicken" with mashed potato and egg. I have been marinating boneless chicken for years and it has been the perfect grilled chicken all this while than chicken with bone. As grilling marinated boneless chicken is definitely will be more aromatic.

Ingredients: (to marinate)
4 boneless chicken drumstick
4 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoon chilly powder
2 tablespoon light soy sauce

Half lemon (Sequence for juice)
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions: (to marinate)
Clean the chicken and drain the excess water.
Place chicken in a plate and mix well the chicken with all the ingredients.
Store in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 30minutes. (of course the longer the best)

Add lemon juice into the marinated chicken and mix well.
Cover each chicken with some honey.
Place aluminium foil on the grill pan and add olive oil.
Place chicken properly without lapping on the grill pan.
Oven it for about 25minutes at 180c or until the chicken has turned golden brown.
