PauPau Grilled Honey Spicy Herbs Chicken

For the previous festival (Christmas), I have cooked roasted chicken instead of turkey due to few considerations such as tenderness of the meat and my parents are more prefer for the chicken than turkey. So, I have cooked "Grilled Honey Spicy Herbs Chicken", which has the combination of spicy and sourish taste with hint of herbs fragrant.

Ingredients: (to marinate for each chicken)
Boneless breast chicken meat / Chicken Leg with bone
1 teaspoon basil powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika powder / chilly powder (depend on your liking for the spiciness level)
1 bay leave
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Grind of black pepper
2 ~ 4 tablespoons of lemon juice (depend on your liking for the sourish level) - Reserved the lemon skins
Pinch of salt
Carrot (stuffed inside the chicken breast)
White sesame seeds
Mixed herbs of rosemary, oregano, parsley and basil

Marinate the chicken breast or the chicken leg with all the ingredients above, cover with cling wrap and keep in fridge for at least 2 hours. (the best is to marinate it overnight.)
For the chicken breast, use a scissor to cut the middle of the chicken breast, then stuff in carrots, lemon skin and bay leaves.
Add the lemon juice on the marinated chicken and mix well. Set aside.
Add olive oil in the grill pan.
Place the marinated chicken without overlapping on the grill pan.
Sprinkle some rosemary, oregano, parsley and basil on the marinated chicken.
Grind some black pepper on the chicken.
Grill the chicken for about 10 minutes in the oven.
Take out the grill pan and add carrots on the bottom of the chicken.
Flip over the chicken and sprinkle with some salt, grind of black pepper and mixed herbs.
Sequence some honey on the chicken and bring to grill for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Place the grilled chicken on the plate and pour some chicken juice from the grill pan all over the grilled chicken.
Served with garden salad, grilled carrots, boiled broccoli and green pea, and baked cheesy mashed potato.
