PauPau Ginger Chicken with Chinese Wine

Ingredients: (to marinated)
4 chicken drumsticks (wash and cut into 2pcs)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper powder

2 ~ 3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 ginger (peeled and shredded)
4 ~ 5 tablespoons Hua Tiao Chinese Wine

Wash and drain the excess water in the chicken. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients above for at least 10 minutes.
Heat up the sesame oil and stir fry the ginger for about 3 minutes or until fragrant at low heat.
Add the marinated chicken and some sesame oil. Stir fry for about 5 minutes at medium heat. 
Add Hua Tiao Chinese Wine in the pan and cook the chicken for about 12 minutes at low heat. Add some water whenever the pan is dry out.

This Ginger Chicken with Chinese Wine is definitely perfect to be served with steamed rice.
