PauPau Grilled Salmon with Yogurt



Ingredients:
Salmon block
Dried parsley
1 teaspoon olive oil
Natural yogurt (plain yogurt)
Yellow capsicum
Japanese cucumber

Directions:
Wash the fish and pat dry.
Heat olive oil over the medium heat.
Grill the salmon and add dried parsley. Grill it with low heat until golden brown or about 5 ~ 6 minutes. (grilling time is depends on the salmon thickness.)
Flip over and grill for about 3 ~ 4 minutes for a juicy salmon.
Diced the yellow and green capsicum, mix well with the plain yogurt.
Add the yogurt mixture on top of the grilled salmon.
