PauPau Steamed Egg

A good steamed egg does not rely on another other pricey ingredients or seafood, but the vital key in steaming a smooth texture steamed egg is depend on the egg mixture, heat and timing. But, this recipe would be slightly different from the traditional recipe. As I have reduce the use of egg yolk, in order to prepare a more healthy steamed egg.

3 eggs white with 1 egg yolk
50ml milk
Optional: light soy sauce

Pour the milk and set aside at room temperature.
Beaten the egg until bubbling.
Add milk and continue beaten until mix well.
Sift the egg mixture to remove the bubble.
Put the egg mixture in any steam-ware and cover with lid.
Place in the steamer with boiling water for about 10 minutes or until the egg mixture is no longer shaky.
You may add light soy sauce (to taste) on top of it.
