PauPau Papaya with White Fungus Dessert

Papaya is one of the Tropicana fruits that is rich in nutrition and contains papain, an digestive enzyme that helps in dietary. Today I am going to share with you "PauPau Papaya with White Fungus Dessert" which is very simple, yet delicious.


Ingredients:
1 papaya (peeled and cubed)
6 ~ 8 red dates (remove pit)
White fungus (soaked and cut into smaller pieces)
Rock sugar (to taste)
Water


Directions: 
Fill in water in a pot and bring to boil.
Add in red date and white fungus into boiling water. Cook for about an hour or until the white fungus is soft.
Add in papaya and cook with low heat for about 20 minutes. 
Add in rock sugar (as desired) and stir well. 


Served hot or chilling.
