PauPau Flour-less Brownies

Christmas is always my favourite seasonal holiday and yes it will be a busy week too. Same as many, I also do craving for sweet tooth sometimes. And it will be best if i could have a bite of gluten-free sweet tooth which is much more healthier. Many reasons are pushing me to bake at home, one of the reasons is that outsider desserts sweetness are kind of turn me off.

Today I am going to share with you this flour-less brownies with walnuts, and replaced the used of sugar with ripe banana.

Ingredients: (my reduced sweet recipe)
5 large eggs
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 ~ 6 large ripe banana (depend on the sweetness level of your preferences)
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
200gm walnuts (cut it into smaller pieces)
Pinch of Himalaya salt

Ingredients: (recipe from web)
4 large eggs 
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of coconut palm sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
2 teaspoon vanila extract 
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven into 350F (or 177C). 
Add in all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 
I am using my Kenwood hand mixer to mix all the ingredients until velvety smooth.
Bake for about 20 ~ 25 minutes for a moist texture. 

This gluten-free brownies with walnuts is definitely a great gift for your loves one during this seasonal Christmas.
