3 ripe avocado (remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from the skin with spoon)
4 tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup low fat milk
3 ~ 4 tablespoon honey ( as per taste)
Add in avocado flesh, cocoa powder and milk into the blender. I have switch to the "Smoothies" mode, or you can blend it with high speed until it is completely creamy. (if you feel it is too thick for your preferences, then you may add some milk.)
Add in honey and blend for 1 minute.
Now you can try out the creamy yet healthy chocolate mousse. You can add nuts, cream or chocolate chips as the topping of your chocolate mousse too.
After you have scoop out the chocolate mousse, and there is some leftover in the blender. Just add in some milk into the blender and blend it well again. Now you even can have a glass of chocolate milkshake!
You can store the remaining chocolate into a sealed container in the fridge for 24 hours,
