PauPau Chocolate Mousse

Avocado is the best source of healthy fat, and there are many ways of eating avocado like as avocado dip, avocado spread, avocado salad, avocado burger or sandwiches. But today I am going to using avocado in making of my chocolate mousse. Hope that you will like it as much as I do!


Ingredients:
3 ripe avocado (remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from the skin with spoon)
4 tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup low fat milk
3 ~ 4 tablespoon honey ( as per taste)

Directions:
Add in avocado flesh, cocoa powder and milk into the blender. I have switch to the "Smoothies" mode, or you can blend it with high speed until it is completely creamy. (if you feel it is too thick for your preferences, then you may add some milk.)

Add in honey and blend for 1 minute.


Now you can try out the creamy yet healthy chocolate mousse. You can add nuts, cream or chocolate chips as the topping of your chocolate mousse too. 

After you have scoop out the chocolate mousse, and there is some leftover in the blender. Just add in some milk into the blender and blend it well again. Now you even can have a glass of chocolate milkshake!


You can store the remaining chocolate into a sealed container in the fridge for 24 hours,

PauPau @ D Fahrenheit Yogurt, Georgetown

D Fahrenheit Yogurt is located at Farquhar Street (Ground floor of Penang Bowl), Georgetown. D Fahrenheit Yogurt is not only specialty in yogurt, but it is also the first cafe that served for liquor yogurt.


The interior design of this cafe is very unique with mannequin concept. Overall the dining place are quite cozy with charming ambiance.




Apple Sauce Yogurt Fondue (RM 39.90 + 10% Charges)
The Apple Sauce Yogurt Fondue is served with a platter of mussels, scallops, crab Scraci, chicken nuggets, apples, banana and cherry tomato, with warm apple sauce yogurt.


The Apple Sauce Yogurt is quite smooth with mild sweetness, it is really taste good. The mussels and scallops are fresh, and I enjoy adding all the seafood into the yogurt fondue for awhile for a stronger yogurt taste.

Frozen Yogurt Cheese (RM 9 + 10% Charges)
The Frozen Yogurt Cheese is a frozen yogurt cheese as the base and oreo cookies on the top with a frozen strawberry. The yogurt cheese is very delicious and it is perfect match with the oreo cookies.

PauPau @ Morganfield's, Gurney Paragon

Morganfield's is located at ground floor of Gurney Paragon Mall, which is strategically facing the Gurney Drive sea-view. Morganfield's is an Europeanized American casual diner which is specializing in sticky bones pork ribs.



The environment are very spacious with nice ambiance, and the wooden feature walls with cherish photo is quite lovely too.  


A very organized wine wooden rack with variety of wine, and the most caught my attention was the old fashioned jukebox. Love it!


We have order their top value set lunch (RM 16.90 + 16% Charges) for Grilled Chicken Ranch, Soup of the Day / House Salad and a bottomless of soft drink.

House Salad
The House Salad is come with lettuce, onion, tomato, red capsicum, crouton and served with their homemade dressing. The salad are quite fresh and taste good with their homemade dressing.

Grilled Chicken Ranch
The Grilled Chicken Ranch is a grilled chicken breast with garlic butter, served with coleslaw and french fries. The chicken has mild fragrant of garlic butter and it is perfectly grilled as the chicken is quite tender.

Full Slab Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs (RM 68.90 + 16% Charges)
The Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs is one of their signature dishes, the sticky bones spare ribs is served with coleslaw and french fries. The full slab spare ribs portion is definitely huge enough for sharing of 3 ~ 4 small eaters.  The spare ribs is slowly cooked until perfection, it has strong smoky BBQ taste and quite tender too.

PauPau Fettucini Aglio Olio

Today I am going to share with you "PauPau Fettucini Aglio Olio", this is my first Aglio Olio and I found out that it is quite appetizing and delicious with tangy fragrant. Hope that you will enjoy this recipe too!


Ingredients:
500gm Fettucini (Boiled in water and drain it. Put aside.)
Fresh basil (finely chopped)
Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon paprika powder (Optional: chilly powder, if you prefer for spicy flavor.)
1 yellow onion (finely chopped) 
1 red capsicum (diced)
1 green capsicum (diced)
1 yellow capsicum (diced)
2 lemon (sequence into juice)
Butter (Optional: olive oil)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Heat the saucepan and add in 2 tablespoon of butter.
Add in onion and stir fry until the onion is soft or golden brown.
Add in cooked fettucini and fresh basil and parsley. Stir well.
Pour in the lemon juice and continue stir well in low heat.
Add in parsley powder and paprika powder. (depend on your level of spiciness) 
Add in salt. (to taste)
Stir for about 3 ~ 4 minutes, close the heat and then add in all the capsicum.
Stir well and closed the lid for 1 ~ 2 minutes.
Served hot with grilled chicken or patty.
