And this blend of Eastern and Western has finally formed an unique local food style to Hawaii.

Maricosa Pacific Rim & Hawaiian Cuisine is located at Straits Quay marina front, which is occupying large corner of outdoor patio facing the sea breeze and indoor dining place with classy white wall matching wooden floor.

Outdoor Dining Place

Crabmeat Salad (RM 12 + 16% Charges)
The Crabmeat Salad is consists of green coral, red coral, cherry tomato, crabmeat slices and sprinkle with cheese powder, served with pineapple sauce. This smooth blend of pineapple sauce is the soul of the crabmeat salad, it has the right sweetness and hint of sourish.

White Wine Clams (RM 25.90 + 16% Charges)
The White Wine Clams is actually fresh clams cooked with chopped garlic, dry chilly, parsley, celery, seaweed in white wine broth. The broth is quite fragrant, yet over flavourful to me. The spiciness of this broth is quite high as there is lots of dry chilly added into it.

Tropicana Salmon (RM 34.90 + 16% Charges)
The Tropicana Salmon is consists of sautéed salmon fillet with roasted potato and pineapple salsa, served with tropicana sauce.

This dish has nice stack from roasted potato, salmon fillet, tomato slice and watercress, surrounding with pineapple salsa (of pineapple cubes, chopped onion and green chilly bird) and blanched assorted vegetables. The tropicana sauce has a very unique combination taste of tangy and mild sweetness.

Chicken Diavola (RM 20 + 16% Charges)
The Chicken Diavola is a roasted chicken with onion and capsicum in spicy garlic sauce, served with blanched broccoli.

The roasted chicken is quite tender and juicy, it taste more alike sweet and sour chicken with mild spiciness.
