Apple Salad (RM 12 + 10% Charges)The Apple Salad is served with thinly sliced green apple, mixed lettuce, onion, walnuts, and tossed with their home-made dressing. This apple salad is quite refreshing and appealing too.
Oyster Sauce & Scallion Spring Chicken (RM 28 + 10% Charges)
The Oyster Sauce & Scallion Spring Chicken is topped up with oyster sauce foam and served with blanched siew pak choy. Overall the taste are not bad and the chicken breast part are quite tender.
Coconut & Ginger Carbonara Fettuccine (RM 24 + 10% Charges)
The Coconut & Ginger Carbonara Fettuccine is served with slices of poached chicken and tossed with creamy coconut and ginger cream. The al dente pasta is paired with their home-made sambal which infused the east into the west in this dish. This is definitely a bravo pairing, and it is quite flavoursome to me.
